I am a Licensed Cosmetologist and the proud steward of Boss Savage Beauty LLC, located in Muskegon, MI. With over 20 years of experience behind the chair, I specialize in silk presses, color, and healthy hair maintenance. My passion is nurturing your natural hair while delivering sleek, polished, and long-lasting results. My mission is to help every client achieve their healthiest hair goals and leave my chair feeling confident, beautiful, and cared for. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, I accept all forms of payment except Cash App. Same-day cancellations without a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service fee. Squeeze-in appointments are available for a $30 same-day service fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled. If rescheduling occurs, a non-refundable $40 deposit will be required before booking again. For the best salon experience, please no children, extra guests, or hoodies during your service. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Squeeze-In Policy Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require prepayment for future bookings. • Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability. • A non-refundable deposit may be required to book future appointments after a late cancellation or no-show. Squeeze-In Appointments: Squeeze-in appointments are based on availability and are offered outside of regular scheduling. A $30 same-day squeeze-in fee will be added to your service total. This fee is non-refundable and does not apply toward the service cost.
